Who is this class for?

High school students and advanced 8th graders who want to learn Geometry in a fun, interactive, accessible environment.

Class Description:

This class is a complete Geometry course. Students will have weekly assignments from the book, “Geometry: Seeing, Doing, Understanding” Third Edition by Harold Jacobs. The price of the book and the math materials needed are included in the materials fee. We will also do engaging hands on and enrichment activities in class. 

 

Homework:

  • A reasonable amount of problem-solving to be done at home each day.
  • Weekly quizzes. Several Tests.
  • Creative projects

Grading:

Grades will be assigned unless otherwise requested by the parents. Grades will be assessed based on a combination of achievement, participation, and effort.

TUITION- $40.00 each per month

Discount- $35.00 per month for students with siblings in the program
or for students who take multiple classes.

A $25.00 onetime Administration and a class materials fee will apply
